Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Fee

The shipping fee depends on the weight, size, destination and delivery mode chosen for your order. The exact costs will be calculated at the time of order and will be presented to you before payment. Note that delivery is included on all orders of $150 and before taxes.

2. Delivery deadlines

Good news ! Our inventory is regularly updated, which means that no manufacturing time is needed. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days to the carrier.

Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the delivery mode you have chosen. We work closely with our carriers to ensure delivery time is as fast as possible.

Generally, once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. However, please note that in rare cases where there is a lack of inventory due to high order volume, additional time may be required to prepare your order. In this case, you will be immediately informed of any potential delay.

3. Carriers

We work with 4 carriers to meet your needs:

  • Purolator
  • Post Canada
  • UPS
  • Canpar

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that our shipping method requires signature upon receipt of the shipment for security reasons. It is therefore important that someone is available to sign the shipment when it is delivered.

In case no one is available to sign the shipment upon delivery, the carrier will drop off the shipment at the drop-off point closest to your location. It will be your responsibility to go to the drop-off point to get the delivery within a time specified by the carrier. If you do not get the shipment within this time, it will be returned back to the warehouse.

The refund issued in this case will be based on the price of the item, deducted from the cost of the disbursement, which will be at your expense. We therefore encourage you to be available to sign the package upon delivery and to recover your package at the drop-off point within the time limit in case of absence upon delivery.

5. International Delivery

At the moment we only ship to Canada.

6. Return and Refunds

8. Order Modifications

Please note that all orders are non-changeable and non-reportable. No order changes or return requests will be allowed. We encourage you to check your order carefully before placing it.

9. Loan or Damage Policy

In case of loss or damage of your order during transit, your package is insured! We will work with the carrier to solve the problem and return the item to you as soon as possible.
